What SEO Scaler collects, why, and who processes it for us.
Who we are
SEO Scaler is an SEO and AI-search visibility workspace. This policy covers the SEO Scaler app and this website. The operator's legal name and contact address will be added here: [Owner legal entity and address].
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, sign-in identifiers and workspace membership.
- Project data: domains, keywords, competitors, agent conversations, approvals and reports you create.
- Billing data: plan, credit balance, top-ups and invoices. Payment card details are handled by Stripe.
- Connected data: Search Console and GA4 data, only if you connect a Google account.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and request logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To run the agent and the skills you ask for.
- To meter credits and record the spend approvals you give.
- To bill you and send account and billing email.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
- To understand product usage, only when analytics is enabled.
We do not sell your personal data.
Processors and what each receives
- Cloudflare (Application hosting (Workers, Durable Objects, R2 and KV storage)): All application traffic, your account and project data, agent chat history and stored files.
- Neon (Postgres database): Account records, workspace and project settings, credit ledger and approval records.
- Vercel (Marketing site hosting): Requests to the public marketing site, including IP address and browser details.
- Stripe, via Autumn (Billing and payments): Your name, email address, billing details, plan and top-up purchases. Card numbers go to Stripe and are never stored by SEO Scaler.
- Loops (Transactional email): Your email address and the content of account and billing emails.
- PostHog (Product analytics, only when enabled): Usage events tied to a pseudonymous identifier.
- DataForSEO (Search data): The keywords, domains, locations and languages you approve for a search data request.
- OpenRouter (AI model requests): Your prompts to the agent and the project context the agent sends with them.
- Google (Search Console and GA4, only when you connect them): OAuth tokens you grant and the property identifiers used to read your Search Console and analytics data.
Retention
We keep account and project data while your account is active. When you delete a project or your account, we delete the related data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for tax, billing or legal reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict some processing. Contact us to make a request. You can also disconnect Google at any time from the app settings.
International transfers
Our processors may handle data outside your country. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the date above. For material changes we will tell account holders by email.
